17 may 2013 - Vilniaus rajonas, Zujūnai, Buivydiškių gatvė. The street was empty just before bus showed up. Then cars and cyclists started to appear from every hole... Usual routine for transport photographer in not very often photographed district with 20/65 min intervals between buses.

28 june 2019 - Vilnius, Uosių gatvė. Since arrival of new Isuzu Novociti Life buses in autumn, big buses on 115 are almost impossible to meet. Which is a shame because it is really fun to ride big bus through narrow streets that were never designed to accomodate public transport traffic.

9 november 2015 - Wilno, ul. św. Stefana. Ulica ta stanowi jeden z wyjazdów z dworca autobusowego i jest parkingiem dla autobusów czekających na włączenie się do obsługi linii.

12 january 2015 - Vilnius, Ozo gatvė (st. Ozo žiedas). From 1st December 2014 line 87 is the longest bus line in Vilnius (29,5 km in 70 min. and in one direction). Also interesting fact - distance between both termini - Ozo g. and Šeškinė is only 2 km :)

25 august 2012 - Vilnius, V. Pietario gatvė. Due to Vilnius bicycle marathon, Vilnius city center was mostly isolated from public transport. Many trolleybus and few bus routes were suspended. Route 2 was going from Šeškinė via Ukmergės g., Geležinio Vilko g., V. Pietario g., Savanorių pr., Švitrigailos g. and then usual route to airport.

3 february 2014 - Vilnius, Lazdynai (st. Lazdynai). From 2014-01-01 route 68 to Grigiškės via Lentvaris now starts in Lazdynai district. It was planned to change route on 2013-09-01 so a lot of children from Lentvaris could easily reach their schools in Vilnius but Trakai region municipality refused to sign new schedules in favor of their route 269, so 68 until now was running to Žemieji Paneriai. 269 is suburban route, ran by former minibuses of 38 and 99 routes, which, at first few months didn`t offer any price exemptions for students and elder people.

12 may 2017 - Vilnius, Granito gatvė. Today was the last day of public transportation on Granito street, which was always served by single bus route - number 8. First bus came here in 1970`s and carried workers of metal constructions factory. In 1990`s-2000`s buses were coming here during whole day but later it was changed to rush hours. In the morning buses came here towards Vaidotai and in the evening - towards Ž.Paneriai.
As far as I remember, it was a huge success if there was 1 passenger waiting. If 2, that was something incredible. Currently it is foolish to expect passengers here when regular overall amount of all route 8 passengers is like 5 people.
At some point bus loop at Granito stop has fallen into disrepair so much that it was forbidden to send here new (silver colored) buses. Buses were supposed to turn clockwise but usually it was easier to turn counter-clockwise or even turn at intersection using reverse gear.
On photo - 2nd to last bus on this street is heading towards Granito st. loop.

6 june 2017 - Wilno - Stotis. Inny przykład wozu, który jest w Wilnie od nowości. W latach 2004-2006 zakupiono 60 takich solówek. Ale że volva nie należą do najtrwalszych pojazdów to już pierwsze sztuki są wycofywane z eksploatacji.

1 july 2013 - Vilnius, Stotis. New route 1G operates from 2013-07-01 and is part of 6 route shuttle bus network. This route replaced 5th trolleybus and 26th bus. Bus stops only on selected stops but schedule is so tight that all but 6G were late at least 10 minutes during rush hours. 2G is the most extreme of all - delays during daytime are approximately 10 minutes, during evening rush hour - at least 20 min. All but 6G routes run at 6-10 min intervals while 6G - 7-15 min. During weekend intervals vary from 8 to 15 minutes. All routes for 2 weeks will be serviced only by Volvo 7700, 7700A (only during rush hours on 2G, 4G, 5G and 6G), MAN Lion`s City NL273 CNG and Mercedes-Benz Citaro.
