MOWASALAT is the only urban route operator in Sharjah.
In October 2019, the entire fleet of buses was replaced with new Yutong buses.
Before that, as city buses in Sharjah were used 2008` Busscar Urbanuss Pluss on the chassis of Agrale MT12.0 LE (some of them were transferred to KGL Kuwait in 2011), 2009` MCV C120SLE on the chassis of Mercedes-Benz O500U 1725, and high-floor 2003` ELBA Super Coach on the chassis of Mercedes-Benz O500R (for long-distance routes).
Now there are almost no passengers on most routes, the route network is very confusing and there are no schedules.
